3. Which Japanese port do you usually ship vehicles from?
We usually ship vehicles from Osaka and Nagoya.
4. After placing an order for a vehicle, how long does it take before you ship it?
We have the vehicle on the ship within a month.
5. What are your terms and conditions of payment?
We accept payment by telegraphic transfer or by letter of credit.
6. How do you send us the vehicle documentation?
We send everything by DHL courier.
7. If I want to come and visit Japan, can you help me with the arrangements?
Yes, we can make all your hotel bookings, collect you form the airport and make your visit trouble-free.
8. If I came to Japan for a week, could I visit auction from Monday to Friday?
The auction near our office is open from Wednesday to Saturday. We would be delighted to take you there on those days.
